Making the decision to begin therapy can be difficult. There is a time commitment as well as a significant financial investment. It's important to remember that this is an investment in your wellbeing. 

I currently accept insurance under these plans - 

• Optum
• Aetna
• Cigna

These are some payment options that might be helpful - 

• Sliding Scale - I offer a sliding scale and will match insurance co-pays if needed. Please feel free to ask about this. 
• Credit Card - The portal I currently use, Simple Practice, can take any major credit cards. 
• HSA - if you have an HSA account you are welcome to use it via the portal. 
• Cash/Check accepted as well.

You have options on when to pay - 

• At time of session.
• On a certain day of the week.
• Every other week.
• Monthly.
